HOW WE WORK

From a frustrating task
to a clearer way forward.

Know what is being built, what it costs, and what happens next. Each project moves through a shared scope, regular review and a practical handover.

Tell us about your project ↗
01 / UNDERSTAND

Start with the work.

Tell us what your business does, what happens today and where things get stuck. We look at your existing tools, constraints and preferred timing.

You leave this stage with: a recommended next step, questions to resolve and a decision on whether paid discovery is needed.

02 / AGREE

Put the scope in writing.

Confirm the deliverables, exclusions, responsibilities, review points and acceptance checks. The quote identifies project fees, expected third-party costs and payment terms before work begins.

You leave this stage with: a written scope and delivery plan to approve.

03 / BUILD

Review something real.

Work through a first design, a working workflow or a focused prototype. Keep feedback together so we can address it against the agreed scope and revision allowance.

You leave this stage with: a working version and a clear list of decisions or changes.

04 / CHECK

Test the important paths.

For a website, check navigation, small screens and the inquiry journey. For tools and integrations, check roles, sample data, failure handling and the steps people rely on.

You leave this stage with: results against the agreed acceptance checks and any limitations documented.

05 / HAND OVER

Launch with an owner.

Approve the release, confirm account access and walk through the everyday tasks. Agree who handles updates, subscriptions, support and recovery after handover.

You leave this stage with: the agreed files, access, operating notes and a practical walkthrough.

A SENSIBLE WORKING RHYTHM

Fewer loose ends.
Better decisions.

  • One decision-maker: choose a person who can approve scope, content and access.
  • One feedback list: combine comments at each agreed review point.
  • Visible changes: additional features are scoped and priced before being added.
  • Your accounts: keep your domain and service subscriptions in your business’s control.
  • Safe examples: use sample or sanitized records until data handling is agreed.

BEFORE WE START

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Do I need to know which technology to use?

No. Start with the problem, the people involved and the tools you already use. Technology choices follow the scope and budget.

Can we start with a small project?

Yes. A focused website, one workflow or an operations diagnostic can be a useful first step. Larger applications can be divided into discovery, prototype and implementation milestones.

What happens if the scope changes?

We describe the additional work and its effect on cost and timing before proceeding. Review rounds and included changes are set out in the quote.

Who owns the finished work?

Ownership, access and handover are set out in the project agreement. Third-party tools, stock assets and open-source components keep their own licence terms.

What does ongoing support include?

The support package includes a monthly review and up to four hours of agreed work on an existing setup. Larger changes, new integrations and emergency coverage are outside that package. Response expectations are agreed before starting.

Can you guarantee sales or time savings?

No. We agree useful measures and check the delivered work against the scope. Commercial results also depend on adoption, demand, content, data quality and factors outside the project.

How do I get started?

Email partners@movevero.ca or send an inquiry directly from the contact page. Sending an inquiry does not book paid work or commit you to a package.

ONE USEFUL NEXT STEP

What would make
your day easier?

A short message is enough to start. Tell us about your business and the problem you want to solve.
