Planning tools on this website

The assessment, project planner and workflow review process answers in your browser. They do not submit answers to a server or call an AI model. Refreshing or closing the page clears the current answers. Downloading a brief creates a file on your device; choosing Copy writes it to your clipboard.

Moving a brief to the contact page

Choosing “Continue to inquiry” uses this tab’s session storage to carry your brief, business name and service selection to the contact page. The contact page removes the transfer when it reads it. Unused transfers are rejected after 30 minutes, and session storage normally clears when the tab closes. You can review, edit or remove the attached brief before selecting Send inquiry.

Sending an inquiry from the website

When you select Send inquiry, your browser opens FormSubmit’s secure submission flow and sends your name, reply email, optional business name, service choice, message and any attached project brief for delivery to partners@movevero.ca. This flow may include a CAPTCHA or another spam check. After completing the submission, you return to our thank-you page. Your browser also makes a request to that service, which may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details. You do not need to open an email app.

FormSubmit processes the submission and forwards it to our inbox. Its documentation states that submissions are retained for 30 days, including submissions awaiting mailbox activation. We do not create a separate website database of inquiries. See FormSubmit’s privacy terms and submission documentation.

We use inquiry details to respond, understand the requested work, prepare a quote and manage the resulting business conversation. Our inbox provider also handles delivered messages. The submission confirmation means the delivery service accepted the inquiry; it does not verify that a person has read it. The thank-you page does not put your contact details or message in its URL. Project-specific information handling is agreed separately before confidential records or account access are shared.

We do not sign you up for marketing messages when you send an inquiry. The form includes spam filtering and a hidden field intended to catch automated submissions. The same secure submission flow works without JavaScript. We do not automatically retry submissions or send an automatic reply to the address you enter.

Retention and privacy requests

Inquiries may remain in our business email records while they are relevant to the conversation or project and for related recordkeeping. Contact partners@movevero.ca to ask about information you have provided, request a correction or request deletion. We will explain any information that needs to be retained for ongoing work, legal obligations or a dispute.

Hosting and technical information

This website is hosted on Vercel. Serving and protecting the site may involve technical information such as IP addresses, device or browser information and request logs. The website does not add advertising pixels, visitor analytics scripts or third-party fonts. Browser-only planning tools do not mean that the hosting provider receives no technical information.

Form submission, email and hosting providers may process information outside Canada. We do not promise Canadian-only data residency for this website or ordinary email inquiries. See Vercel’s privacy policy for information about the hosting provider.

Interactive examples

The examples use fictional data held in browser memory. The sample assistant uses prewritten answers; it is not a live AI service. The follow-up example evaluates a rule and sends no messages.

What to leave out

Please do not enter passwords, payment-card information, medical records, customer files or other confidential documents in these planning tools or in an initial inquiry. We will agree an appropriate sharing process if a project requires sensitive information.
